1 kg beef (boti walay tukray)
4 cups basmati rice (ghiss ke dhoye huye aur bhigo kar rakhe huye)4-5 pyaaz (bareek kati hui)
2 tomatoes (bareek kate hue)
1 cup dahi
1/2 cup cooking oil ya ghee
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
4-5 green chillies
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Salt (hasb-e-zaika)
Whole spices (2-3 bay leaves, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 4-5 green cardamom, 2-3 black cardamom, aur 1 star anise)
Fresh coriander aur mint leaves (chopped)

Beef Ko Marinate Karna:
Pehle beef ko acche se dho kar saaf kar lein. Phir ek bowl mein beef, dahi, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, aur thora sa salt mix kar ka 1-2 ghante ke liye marinate karen.

Pyaaz Aur Masalon Ki Tayari:

Ek badi handi ya patile mein oil ya ghee garam karen.
Isme whole spices dal kar kuch seconds ke liye fry karen taake aroma release ho jaye.
Ab isme pyaaz dal kar golden brown hone tak fry karen.

Pyaaz brown hone par isme marinated beef dalen aur high flame par 5-7 minutes ke liye fry karen.

Dum Dena:

Jab rice 80% cook ho jaye, to isme chopped coriander aur mint leaves sprinkle karen.
Ab handi ko tight cover kar ke low flame par 10-15 minutes ke liye dum par rakhen.

Serve Karna:

15 minutes ke baad handi ko kholen aur Bannu Beef Pulao ko gently mix karen.
Garma garam Bannu Beef Pulao ko fresh salad, raita, aur achar ke saath serve karen.
